How to use it

The powder tastes mild and slightly nutty. Stir it into soup, sauce, risotto or stew and let it cook along, or add it to bread or pancake batter.

Like all edible mushrooms, heat before eating.

Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Close the zip tightly after opening. Best before: see label.
