Every Saturday with whatever has ripened that week: depending on the season, oyster mushroom, shiitake, king oyster or chestnut mushroom.
Wednesdays and Fridays

We deliver ourselves, freshly harvested, in Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Bamberg and Franconian Switzerland.
