These notes supplement our privacy policy for two features of our shop.
1. Product reviews with Judge.me
For product and shop reviews we use the Judge.me service (Judge.me Ltd., c/o Buckworths, 2nd Floor, 1–3 Worship Street, London EC2A 2AB, United Kingdom).
When you submit a review, Judge.me processes your name, your email address, your review text and any photos you upload. Your review is published in our shop.
About two weeks after shipping we ask you by email for a review – but only if you agreed to receive emails when you made your purchase (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to team@meisterpilze.de.
For the United Kingdom there is an adequacy decision of the EU Commission. You can find further information in Judge.me's privacy policy.
2. AI mushroom adviser
On our home page you can describe to our AI mushroom adviser what you are planning and receive product recommendations.
- What is processed: The question you enter and the previous conversation on this page are sent to our service at Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) and answered there by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI). We do not store your questions or the answers.
- Protection against misuse: To prevent misuse of the adviser, your IP address is stored as a counter for at most one hour and then deleted automatically.
- Analytics: We count anonymously how often the adviser is used per day. If you add a product to the cart via the adviser or use it before a purchase, your order notes that the adviser was used – without the content of your questions.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helpful product advice and in improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Third country: Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Please do not enter any personal data such as names, addresses or order numbers in the adviser. If you have questions about an order, simply write to us at team@meisterpilze.de.
