How to use it

Soak the pieces in warm water for 20–30 minutes, squeeze them lightly and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Then fry them hard in a pan: lion's mane turns fibrous and juicy and tastes mild. The soaking water works in soup or sauce.

Like all edible mushrooms, cook thoroughly before eating.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry, dark place. Close the zip tightly after opening. Best before: see label.
